you are experiencing what I call : taper tantrums!! it's a good thing:o) I felt the same way when I read the book "once a runner" the section where he did the CRAZY 400 m repeat workout ( like 30 x 400m?) I love that book:o) Good luck at Sawtooth!!! can't wait until I'm all cool and fit enough to run 100's :o) take care!!jenny
