Congratulations Kadra on your longest ever run. I am continuing to follow you two, but have been unable to post comments as I have also been having blogger issues. I will continue to keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.
You know things are going well when 30 miles each day seems "easy!" Yahoo! Sorry to have missed you in this run to Rockfish Gap---that is one of our staple training runs (Rockfish to Humpback and back). Isn't that section lovely? The next day when you ran with the Fraziers and Gentry I needed to stay close to home...so sorry to miss that fun time! Marlin and I ran Rockfish gap to Little Calf Mountain and back and loved it. We also met a thru-hiker whose trail name is WIP and he told us he had been passed by you on Three Ridges---nice fellow!
Way to go, Kadra! Glad to hear things are going well on the big adventure!
